All orders are shipped for free to 41 US States, no minimum order.
Shipping is charged on orders shipped the following states :
Alaska, Hawaii, Arizona, California, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Washington.
All Legend, products come with a free 1-year warranty as standard, which covers manufacturing defaults. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example). If your product failed due to a manufacturing defect and is still under warranty, we will be happy to repair it or replace it with a new one of the same or a comparable model.
If your product is within the original warranty period, we will need to inspect it to determine the nature of the defect. Please send us an email with pictures of the problem to cust (at) legendarchery.com.
These easy steps will help us take care of your warranty claim as efficiently as possible:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days with USPS, UPS, DHL or Fedex. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging and with original labels.
To complete your return, first send us an email at email@example.com, we will issue you with a return number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A US$10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund of each item returned. We will not refund the shipping cost that we had to pay to send your order. In case of orders with free shipping, we will also deduct 10% of the returned product value.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items purchased on sale or promotion cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
